Founder of the Lonely Whale Foundation, dedicated to ocean health and the wellbeing of marine wildlife, Adrian is also a UN Ambassador at the UN Environment Programme Clean Seas, a campaign to end marine plastic pollution and World Views's Chief Earth Advocate, inspiring new perspectives on the planet, and encouraging deeper respect for it as a living organism.

Ba Minuzzi, CEO of UMANA, is a self-made entrepreneur who leads conscious investing and wealth management for high-net-worth celebrity clients, redefining wealth through purpose-driven efforts. Through UMANA Venture Studio, Ba is re-imaging partnerships between women leaders, influential individuals and purpose-driven brands. Earth Speed Media is one of the in-house startups co-founded within UVS, with Ba overseeing all key decisions, such as co-creating roadmaps, validating OKRs, offering support on hiring and being the master networker with investors and tech founders.

Co-CEO and Partner at Earth Speed Media, Bia Carminati is a true believer in the power of seeking out the effects of racial, environmental and economic injustice by using storytelling as a tool for change. A former Digital Operations Strategist with 15 years of experience in the field of Advertising, Communications, and Tech, Bia Carminati changed careers when she left Twitter to spend two years away photographing communities in Southeast Asia and living with the Maasai tribe in Kenya. The experience kickstarted an interest to tell stories that make the world a better place.

Akira Chan has produced dozens of media pieces with groups like Chopra Global, Mindvalley, Genius Network, Abundance360, and TED.
Past projects include “The Bloom,” a web series on global festival culture and “Igniting Impact,” a film about social entrepreneurship (premiered at the United Nations in 2019).
Akira’s interests in nature-based living and sustainability led him to developing Earth Speed with Adrian, where they like to joke that “If there’s dirt on the lens, we got the shot!”
